About Mike Roberts IT Consultancy
Mike Roberts IT Consultancy was founded in 2008 by Mike Roberts. We pride
ourselves on our knowledge, experience and our customer service. We deliver
honest and professional advice, helping you get the most out of your IT
equipment and staff, and because we're independent we won't try and sell you
products or services that you don't need or want.
Mike had an interest in IT from an early age, and went on to study Advanced
Vocational Certificate in Education (AVCE) in ICT at Birkenhead Sixth Form
College, and then on to the University of Chester, where he studied a degree
in Network and Communication Systems. He then worked in numerous roles
within the law enforcement and legal sectors. He quickly rose through the
ranks to become IT manager at the age of 25, before starting Mike Roberts IT
Consultancy to help businesses and other organistations manage their IT
needs.

Roberts IT Consultancy is proud to be a member of the Association of Computer
Repair Business Owners and a member of Liverpool Vision (Formally 08
Business Connect). As a member of these two organistations, Mike Roberts IT
Consultancy adhere to a strict code of conduct, namely:

mind.
-We will inform all customers of all cost prior to performing work when at
all possible.
-We will keep all customers information private and never divulge
client information to anyone else.
-We will enter contracts with clients in accordance with the laws of the
country we perform work in.
-We will perform all work required and offer an acceptable guarantee for all
work performed.

Mike Roberts IT Consultancy help small and medium business, and non for profit organisations, primarily in the Merseyside and Cheshire Regions.
